摘  要:在日常生产白僵菌Beauveria bassiana的麦麸培养基中,依次加入不同比例用量的甘蔗Saccharum officinarum渣代替麦麸,进行白僵菌生产试验。结果表明:白僵菌产品的含孢量随着甘蔗渣比例增加而逐渐上升;当甘蔗渣生产用量比例为50%时,产品含孢量达到最高;而后随着甘蔗渣用量增加,产品含孢量开始下降。根据原料市场价格筛选出白僵菌最佳生产、最经济生产和优化生产配方,提高产品质量,降低原料成本。Experiment on producting Beauveria bassiana insecticide was carried out with different proportions of bagasse instead of wheat bran in the daily wheat bran medium. The results indicated that the spore content of agent increased with the proportion of bagasse increased,and the spore content was the highest as the proportion of bagasse at 50%. The proportion of bagasse over 50%,spore content decline on the contrary. According to the market price of bagasse and wheat bran,the best,the most economical and the optimized producing formula of B. bassiana agent were determined to improve the agent quality and reduce the cost of raw material.
