摘 要:为了探究5A分子筛作为载体时钾基吸附剂的脱碳性能,文中利用SEM,BET,XRD分析表征了吸附剂微观特性,并在小型固定床中研究了K_2CO_3、5A分子筛以及K_2CO_3/5A的碳酸化特性,揭示了K_2CO_3/5A碳酸化反应机理,探究了温度和CO_2体积分数等反应条件对脱碳特性的影响。研究发现:载体5A分子筛表面孔隙结构丰富,在反应前后不发生化学反应,对CO_2的吸附表现为物理吸附;而负载后的K_2CO_3/5A吸附剂相比K_2CO_3,孔隙结构明显得到改善,物理吸附显著增加,同时反应接触面积增加,促进了K_2CO_3与CO_2化学反应正向进行,增强了化学吸附,因而具备优越的反应活性。当温度为70℃,CO_2体积分数为5%时,吸附剂的碳酸化性能较好。该结果确定了K_2CO_3/5A的碳酸化反应性能及脱碳机理,为钾基吸附剂的载体选择提供了理论依据。To explore the carbonation of potassium-based sorbents with 5A molecular sieve as carrier, the microscopic characteristics of adsorbents were characterized by SEM, BET and XRD. The mechanism of K2CO3 /5A carbonation was revealed, while the carbonation characteristics of K2CO3 , 5A and K2CO3 /5A were studied in a small fixed bed. The influence of reaction conditions such as temperature and CO2 volume fraction on decarburization properties was obtained.The results show that the molecular structure of 5A zeolite is rich in pore structure, and its adsorption of CO2 shows physical adsorption because it does not react chemically during the reaction. The K2CO3 /5A adsorbent showed superior reactivity because the pore structure was significantly improved compared to K2CO3 , the physical adsorption significantly increased while the reaction contact area increased, thus promoting the forward chemical reaction to enhance chemisorption. Adsorbent shows superior carbonation performance at 70 ℃, CO2 volume fraction of 5%. The result confirms the carbonation reaction and decarburization mechanism of K2CO3 /5A, and provides the theoretical basis for the choice of carrier of potassium-based adsorbent.
