摘  要:制冷剂的选取不仅要考虑保护臭氧层,而且也要考虑降低温室效应,开发新型的制冷剂必须要研究制冷剂的热物性。文中基于真实溶剂似导体屏蔽(COSMO-RS)模型,即依据量子化学计算信息和统计热力学理论进行物质的热物性预测。采用COSMO-RS模型研究三元混合制冷剂(R600a+R152a+R134)的气液相平衡性质,并将模拟结果与实验数据进行对比分析,结果表明:三元混合制冷剂(R600a+R152a+R134)气液相平衡时压力的相对误差绝对值最大为7%,组分1(R600a)的气相摩尔相对误差绝对值能够控制在12%以内。组分2(R152a)气相摩尔相对误差绝对值最大为7%。所以模拟数据与实验数据有很好的一致性,同时证明了COSMO-RS模型可用于计算三元混合制冷剂的气液相平衡性质。The selection requirements of refrigerant is excessive strict. Not only the protection of the ozone layer need to fit into the consideration scope, but also the greenhouse effect must be actively reduced, so the necessity to develop a new type of refrigerant is imperative. In the meantime, the thermal physical properties of the refrigerant must be researched. Based on the Conductor like Screening Model for Realistic Solvents(COSMO-RS), the thermo-physical properties prediction of the materials are carried out according to the quantum chemical calculation information and the statistical thermodynamics theory. COSMO-RS model is adopted to study the vapor-liquid equilibrium properties of mixed refrigerants (R600a+ R152a+ R134) and the simulation results are compared with experimental data. The results show that: the absolute value of relative error of pressure about the ternary mixture refrigerant (R600a/R152a/R134) vapor-liquid equilibrium is less than 7%. The absolute value of relative error of gas phase mole about fraction 1 (R600a) can be controlled within 12% and the value of fraction 2 (R152a) is less than 7%. The simulated data are in good agreement with the experimental data, and it is proved that the COSMO-RS model can be used to calculate the vapor-liquid equilibrium properties of ternary mixture refrigerant.
