摘  要:运用Fluent软件对复合除尘器进行模拟分析,发现由于内旋流的作用造成滤筒间隙上升气速过大导致除尘清灰效率降低的问题,通过运用加装开口型挡板的方式对其进行优化。模拟分析显示,挡板的长度对气流分布有较大影响,挡板过长会造成局部强旋流,过短会造成上升气速过大的问题;优化结果显示,开口型挡板能够有效降低气速,提高气流分布的均匀性,其中提出的三排开孔挡板模型和原模型相比,平均上升气速降低35%,气流分布均匀性提高39%。The simulation analysis of cyclone-cartridge dust collector is carried out by using the software of Fluent and found that the rising velocity between cartridges is too large because of secondary flow, which therefore results in the decrease of the dust collection efficiency. Open baffle is applied in cyclone-cartridge dust collector for optimization.The simulation analysis shows that the length of baffle has a great influence on the distribution of air flow,where longer baffle will cause local strong swirling flow and shorter baffle will cause excessive rising gas velocity;Further research indicates that the open baffle can effectively reduce the gas velocity and improve the uniformity of airflow distribution. Compared with the original model, the averaged rising gas velocity of the three-row baffle model is reduced by 35% and the uniformity of airflow distribution is increased by 39%.
