摘 要:文章研究了不同热处理制度对Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr钛合金热轧带材力学性能及组织的影响。分别进行了730℃、760℃、790℃、820℃、850℃下的热处理实验,对Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr钛合金带材在各温度下的常规力学性能和显微组织进行分析。结果表明:Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr钛合金热态带材在820℃~850℃下热处理可以得到显微组织及力学性能优异的适合冷轧轧制的带材,此时均能达到后续冷轧轧制工艺和设备要求,故选用此温度为半成品退火温度最为合适。The effect of different heat treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr hot rolled strip was studied in this paper. The heat treatment experiments at 730℃, 760℃, 790℃, 820℃and 850℃were carried out respectively. The conventional mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr titanium alloy strip at various temperatures were analyzed. The results show that the hot strip of Ti-3Al-Mo-V-Zr alloy can be annealed at 820℃and 850℃, and the hot strip with excellent microstructure and mechanical properties can be obtained, which can meet the requirements of subsequent cold rolling process and equipment. Therefore, this temperature is the most suitable annealing temperature for semi-finished products.
