摘  要:介绍了采用X-射线荧光光谱法测生铁中硅、锰、磷元素含量的方法。通过预氧化生铁试样、选择合理配比的混合熔剂等措施,解决了生铁在熔融制样过程中腐蚀坩埚的问题,实现了生铁粉末元素含量用X-射线荧光光谱准确测定。该方法具有快速、简便、实用,测量结果精密度和准确度高的优点,能够满足日常生产检测需要。A method for the determination of silicon,manganese and phosphorus in pig iron by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is introduced. By pre-oxidation sample and selecting the proper proportion of mixed flux,the problem of crucible corrosion in molten sample preparation can be completely solved,and the accurate determination for pig iron powder is achieved by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The method is fast,simple,practical with high precision and accuracy. It can meet the needs of daily production or test.
