高端镀锡基板表面质量的控制研究

摘　　要：介绍了唐山不锈钢公司针对镀锡基板热卷在生产及用户使用过程中,频繁出现带钢表面小白条、氧化铁皮等缺陷,实施的一系列优化控制措施。通过优化粗轧立辊孔型、缩小板带边部温降、控制加热炉空燃比、调整板坯装钢间隙、优化在炉时间和温度控制、改进精轧导卫系统、实施板道异物压入控制技术等一系列措施,解决了热轧产品表面缺陷以及板形较差造成酸洗不净等技术问题,有效提升了马口铁热轧产品表面质量控制水平。This paper introduces a series of optimal control measures in Tangshan stainless steel for the frequent defects of white band and scale of tinplate hot coils during the production and use. A series of measures are taken to solve the surface defects and the poor pickling caused by poor shape of hot rolled products by optimizing the roll hole type,reducing the temperature drop at the edge of the plate,controlling the air-fuel ratio of heating furnace,adjusting the blank space of slab,optimizing the control of time and temperature in furnace,improving the finishing system of the finishing rolling,and implementing the pressure entry control technology of the plate. Moreover,the surface quality control level of tinplate hot rolled products have effectively improved
