Objective:To analyze the effect of the KAP model in improving the use ofβ-blockers in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:The data of 300 inpatients with coronary heart disease from December 2015 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into KAP group and control group according to whether to accept KAP model, then the treatment effect in the two groups were compared. Results:The utilization rate ofβ-blockers in high-risk patients in KAP group was higher than that in control group. The utilization rate of low risk typeβ-blockers in KAP group was lower than that in control group. The rationality of medication in KAP group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the clinical effect of KAP group was significantly better than that in control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of KAP can effectively improve the use ofβ-blockers in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease, increase the use ofβ-blockers in high-risk patients with coronary heart disease, and reduce the use of patients with low-risk disease.
