伸筋汤熏洗配合膝关节运动康复器治疗股骨髁部骨折术后膝关节僵直效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨伸筋汤熏洗配合膝关节运动康复器治疗股骨髁部骨折术后膝关节僵直患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年6月期间在某院治疗股骨髁部骨折术后膝关节僵直患者86例为研究对象,按照患者自愿选择治疗方式分为两组,对照组36例患者采用单纯膝关节运动康复器治疗,观察组50例患者采用伸筋汤熏洗配合膝关节运动康复器治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后膝关节功能评分、治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:两组患者治疗效果比较,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后各膝关节功能指标评分均明显高于治疗前,差异明显(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组各膝关节功能指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较,观察组明显少于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:股骨髁部骨折术后膝关节僵直患者采用伸筋汤熏洗配合膝关节运动康复器治疗,治疗后患者膝关节功能改善显著,治疗效果好且术后并发症发生率明显降低,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To investigate the effect of fumigation and washing of extended-tendon decoction and knee motion rehabilitation device on knee joint stiffness after operation for femoral condylar.Methods：86 patients with knee joint stiffness after operation for femoral condylar fracture treated in a hospital from June2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the voluntary choice in patients.36 patients in control group were treated with simple knee joint rehabilitation treatment,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with fumigation and washing of extended-tendon decoction and knee motion rehabilitation device,then the knee joint function score,therapeutic effect and complications were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.The scores of the functional indexes of the knee joints in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the scores of the functional indexes of the knee joints in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fumigation and washing of extendedtendon decoction and knee motion rehabilitation device in the treatment of knee joint stiffness after operation for femoral condylar fracture has significant improvement in knee joint function,with good curative effect and lower incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
