参附针穴位注射联合乐卡地平治疗阳虚型高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参附针穴位注射联合乐卡地平治疗阳虚型高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将89例阳虚型高血压病患者(轻、中度)随机分为实验组(44例)和对照组(45例)。两组均用乐卡地平口服,实验组同时参附针穴位注射,总疗程60d。结果:两组的收缩压及舒张压均有明显的降低且实验组降压幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);实验组临床总有效率(90.90%)高于对照组(73.33%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组症状缓解疗效总有效率(86.36%)高于对照组(68.88%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:参附针穴位注射联合乐卡地平治疗阳虚型高血压在降压及症状改善方面均有较好的效果,较单用乐卡地平治疗更具优势,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of Shenfu acupoint injection combined with Lecardipine in the treatment of Hypertension with Yang deficiency.Methods：89 cases of patients with Yang deficiency type hypertension（mild and moderate）were randomly divided into experimental group（44 cases）and control group（45 cases）.Both groups were given Lecardipine orally and the experimental group was injected with acupuncture points for 60 days.Results：The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were significantly decreased and the amplitude of lowering blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the experimental group（90.90%）was higher than that in the control group（73.33%）,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of symptom relief in the experimental group（86.36%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（68.88%）.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shenfu acupoint injection combined with lecardipine in the treatment of Yang deficiency type hypertension has a better effect in lowering blood pressure and improving symptoms,which has more advantages than single use of Lecardipine,and is worthy of promotion and application.
