中西医结合疗法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法选取60例帕金森病患者,随机分为两组各30例。A组单纯给予美多芭治疗,B组在A组基础上给予养阴止颤汤治疗,采用帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)对两组患者的病情进行评估,比较两组的临床疗效。结果 B组的总有效率为90.00%,显著高于A组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组的UPDRS评分显著低于A组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗帕金森病患者可明显改善其临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）. Methods 60 cases of patients with PD were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with madopar alone, while group B was treated with Yangyin Zhichan Decoction on the basis of madopar.Unified Parkinson＇s Disease rating scale（UPDRS） was used to evaluate the disease condition of patients, and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was 90.00%, significantly higher than 66.67% of group A（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the scores of UPDRS of group B were significantly lower than those of group A（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for the treatment of patients with Parkinson＇s disease can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and increase the total effective rate of treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
