前路L形锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨前路L形锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折的效果。方法 70例胫骨远端Pillon骨折患者随机分为两组各35例,对照组采用常规解剖加压钢板固定治疗,研究组采用前路L形锁定钢板治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及并发症。结果研究组患者的骨折愈合优良率为91.43%,显著高于对照组的65.71%(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为11.43%,显著低于对照组的28.57%(P<0.05)。结论前路L形锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端Pillon骨折效果显著,安全性较高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the treatment efficiency of anterior L-shaped locking plate on Pillon fracture of the distal part of the tibia. Methods 70 cases of patients with Pillon fracture of the distal part of the tibia were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. Regular dissection pressured fixation treatment was adopted for the patients in the control group, while anterior L-shaped locking plate treatment was adopted for the patients in the research group. The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of fracture healing of the research group was 91.43%, significantly higher than65.71% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the research group was 11.43%, significantly lower than 28.57% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Anterior L-shaped locking plate treatment for Pillon fracture of the distal part of the tibia has significant efficiency and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
