复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的临床效果。方法选取我中心2016年3月至2017年9月期间收治的152例湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者作为研究对象,分为两组各76例。对照组接受复方曲安奈德乳膏进行治疗,观察组接受复方氟米松软膏进行治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.68%,显著高于对照组的89.47%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的总不良反应发生率为3.95%,显著低于对照组的19.74%(P<0.05)。结论复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的效果显著,可有效改善患者的瘙痒、鳞屑、炎症症状,促进皮损面愈合,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disease of eczematous dermatitis. Methods 152 cases of patients with skin disease of eczematous dermatitis admitted to our center from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups, with 76 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound triamcinolone acetonide cream, while the observation group was treated with compound flumetasone ointment. The curative effects and incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 98.68%, significantly higher than 89.47% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of total adverse reactions after treatment of the observation group was 3.95%, significantly lower than 19.74% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of skin disease of eczematous dermatitis has significant effect and high safety, which can effectively improve patients＇ symptoms of itching, scaling and inflammation, and promote the healing of lesions.
