治疗性抚触加音乐疗法对PICU患儿情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗性抚触加音乐疗法对儿科重症监护病房(PICU)患儿情绪的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2017年9月PICU收治的意识清醒的患儿250例,随机分为两组各125例。常规组行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予患儿治疗性抚触和音乐疗法。结果护理干预后,干预组和常规组患儿的情绪反应、心率、呼吸、血压、Sp O2、FLACC疼痛评分、配合治疗情况、哭闹时间、睡眠时间、住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗性抚触加音乐疗法可有效稳定PICU患儿的情绪,减少和消除其焦虑及恐惧,减轻疼痛,使患儿积极配合医护人员,提高护理质量,促进患儿康复。Objective To explore the effect of therapeutic touch plus music therapy on the mood of children in pediatric intensive care unit（PICU）. Methods A total of 250 conscious children in PICU from March 2017 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 125 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing, and the intervention group received therapeutic touch and music therapy on the basis of routine nursing. Results After nursing intervention, the intervention group and the routine group had significant differences in the emotional response, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, Sp O2, FLACC pain score,treatment compliance, crying time, sleeping time and hospitalization time（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Therapeutic touch plus music therapy can effectively stabilize the mood of children in PICU, reduce and eliminate their anxiety and fear, relieve pain, enable children to actively cooperate with medical staff, improve the quality of nursing and promote rehabilitation.
