摘　　要：在综合国力竞争日趋激烈的当下,各国高度重视人才战略。我国坚定实施人才强国战略,尤其是国内"抢才大战"背景下。本文立足福建省情,分析了建设高质量创业园的重要意义,指出目前福建省留学生创业园发展存在的问题,并在平台建设、政策扶持、创新氛围营造等方面给出了高质量发展的对策建议。Under the current situation that the overall national competition is becoming increasingly intense, all the countries have attached great importance to talent strategy. Our country firmly implements the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, especially under the background of domestic＂war for talents＂. Based on the situation of Fujian Province, this paper analyzed the importance of constructing high-quality pioneer park, pointed out the existing problems in the development of overseas students pioneer park in Fujian Province, and provided countermeasures and suggestions for high-quality development from platform construction, policy support and innovation atmosphere building, etc.
