摘  要:网络信息技术迅速发展,智能手机等移动终端被广泛使用,微信公众服务成为高校图书馆信息服务的新途径。为适应用户需求,高校联合信息服务也需要开展微信公众服务。本文介绍了图书馆微信公众服务的工作原理和联合信息咨询PC端服务系统的功能设计,梳理了图书馆微信公众服务的基本内容及应注意的问题,分析了高校联合信息咨询的特点,提出了联合信息咨询微信公众服务的功能需求。With the rapid development of network information technology and the widespread use of mobile terminals such as smart phones, WeChat public service has become a new way of information service in university libraries. In order to meet the needs of users, WeChat public service should be carried out in the collaborative information service among universities. The working principle of WeChat public service and the functional design of PC terminal service system of collaborative information consultation were introduced in this paper. The basic contents and the problems that should be paid attention to in WeChat public service of libraries were teased out. The characteristics of collaborative information consultation among universities were analyzed. The functional requirements of WeChat public service in collaborative information consultation were put forward.
