摘 要:基于最严格水资源管理制度的要求,从水量、水效、水质、水生态4个维度构建了江阴市水资源承载能力评价指标体系,并提出了评价指标分级标准。采用模糊综合评判法对江阴市2011—2016年水资源承载能力进行评价,结果表明,江阴市水资源承载能力逐年增强,并从超载向临界超载转变。最后,针对水功能区水质达标率、集中式饮用水水源地达标率、地下水埋深三大水资源承载能力限制因子,提出了江阴市水资源调控的措施建议。Based on the requirements of the most stringent water resource management system,an evaluation system for carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangyin City is established from four aspects of water quantity,water utilization efficiency,water quality and water ecology, and the relevant classification standards are proposed. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is used to calculate the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangyin City from 2011 to 2016. The results indicate that the level of the carrying capacity of water resources in Jiangyin City increases year by year,and it has a change from the overloading state to the critical one. Finally,some measures and suggestions for managing the water resources in Jiangyin City are proposed based on three limiting factors, including compliance rate of water quality in water function areas,compliance rate of drinking water sources and groundwater depth.
