包钢炼钢厂精益生产系统的应用与研究

摘　　要：精益生产管理,是一种以客户需求为拉动,以消灭浪费和不断改善为核心,使企业以最少的投入获取成本和运作效益显著改善的一种全新的生产管理模式。在包钢炼钢厂,炼钢-连铸生产工艺要求在一个连续生产周期内保证生产的连续性,即实现"连浇连铸"。通过引入并实施精益生产准时化管理系统,设计并搭建包钢炼钢厂精益生产管理准时化系统,为企业稳定高效生产提供有力的工具。Lean production management is a new type of production management model, which is driven by customer demand, with the elimination of waste and continuous improvement as the core, so that the enterprises have improved the cost and operational benefits with the least input. In Baotou Steel＇s steelmaking plant, the steelmaking and continuous casting process requires continuity of production in a continuous production cycle, that is, ＂continuous casting and continuous casting＂. By introducing and implementing the lean production on time management system, the lean production management in time system is designed and built to provide a powerful tool for the stable and efficient production of the enterprises.
