摘　　要：随着ERP、OA等信息化系统在企业的推广与深入应用,信息化已在日常的生产、经营与管理中发挥了越来越重要的作用,各项业务也向着全面无纸化的方向推进。然而,由于存在业务往来的企业间信息系统的互联互通还存在着一定的问题,所以纸质类单据在业务过程中依旧占据着重要位置,对纸质单据的数据重复人工录入耗费了业务人员的大量时间与精力。近年来,随着人工智能和深度学习技术的飞速发展,计算机的图像识别能力取得了长足的进步。笔者将探讨利用智能图像识别技术,以发票为例对纸质类单据进行智能化识别,减少人员工作量,提升业务效率,从而实现"降本提质增效"的目的。With the promotion and deepening application of information-based systems such as ERP and OA, informatization has played an increasingly important role in daily production, operation and management. Various businesses have also been advancing in a completely paperless direction. However, due to certain problems in the interoperability of inter-enterprise information systems for business transactions, paper documents still occupy an important position in the business process. Repeated manual entry of data on paper documents consumes a lot of time and energy of the business personnel. In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and deep learning technology, the computer＇s image recognition capability has made great progress. The author will explore the use of intelligent image recognition technology, using invoices as an example to intelligently identify paper-based documents, to reduce staff workload, and to improve business efficiency, so as to achieve the goal of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency.
