摘　　要：北京同仁医院眼科日间手术自2012年开展以来管理模式不断地改进,日间手术管理逐步制定了完善的患者准入制度、医生准入原则、规范的预约流程和应急预案,与以往住院手术相比,术者决策流程、职责、护理环节均有相应改变。日间手术管理的目的从初期的提高手术量、改善医疗指标逐步过渡到提高手术台使用率、减少等床时间、缩短住院时间、降低医疗花费、提高急诊手术效率、锻炼青年医师上来。同仁眼科中心日间手术运营表明,日间手术是开放、安全、高效的平台,充分开展日间手术可以实现医患的共赢,体现了管理的效益。There is continuous improvement of management model since 2012 of Beijing Tongren Eye Center. Day surgery has a perfect patient access system, doctor access principle, standardized appointment process and con-tingency plans, as well as different procedure comparing with the previous hospital operation of decision-makings, re-sponsibilities, and care changes. Thereby, the efficiency of ophthalmic surgery has been greatly improved. Achieving shorter time in hospital, reducing medical expenses, decreasing the waiting time for bed-ward and emergency sur-gery, and improving the use of operating tables are the evidences. In this process, young doctors would have more opportunities. It is proved that day surgery is an open, safe, and efficient platform in Beijing Tongren Eye Center. Effectively utilizing day surgery could achieve a win-win situation for both doctors and patients, testifying the benefits of proper management.
