摘　　要：构建跨区域医疗联合体,是实现卫生服务整合、优化医疗资源结构、提高医疗机构服务水平的重要举措。哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院与黑河市第一人民医院在跨区域医疗联合体的构建中形成"三个帮扶""三个共享""三个联动"的合作模式,为推动跨区域医疗联合体建设及发展提供了经验和启示。The establishment of a cross-regional medical consortium is an important measure to realize the inte-gration of health services, optimize the structure of medical resources, and improve the service level of medical insti- tutions. The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and The First People＇s Hospital of Heihe Medical Dis- trict formed a cooperation model of “three assistances, three sharings, and three linkages” in the construction of a cross-regional medical alliance to provide experience and enlightenment of the promotion of the construction and de-velopment of cross-regional medical alliance.
