摘　　要：思想政治工作是我们党加强政治建设和思想建设的一项最基本且最重要的工作。随着改革开放和西方思潮的不断涌入,加强思想政治工作、创新思想政治工作方式方法,成为越发紧迫的时代命题。当前破解这道命题的一个有效方法就是将思想政治工作与文化建设有机结合。文化具有丰富内涵,能通过有形和无形的引领、启迪和熏陶,形成良好的品质,凝聚力量,作出更多的贡献。具体到医院,以文化建设促进思想政治工作的有效方式方法是注重"两性三力",也就是以政治性为引导、以针对性为切入点、以感染力与吸引力为方法,最终汇成医院的软实力,为医院的持续健康发展提供坚强的思想保障。Ideological and political work is one of the most fundamental and significant task for the Party. With the continuous Western thoughts influx and reform and opening policies, it has become increasingly urgent to strengthen ideological and political work and method of ideological and political work. One of the effective ways to tackle the issue is to combine the ideological and political work with cultural construction. With its profound connotation, culture can lead through tangible and intangible, edify, form good quality, condense strength, and make greater contribu- tion. In terms of hospital development, an effective and efficient method to promote ideological and political work with cultural construction is to focus on political guidance and guidance as well as infectivity, attraction and soft pow-er. To be more specific, political guidance plays a critical role in culture construction and ideological and political work, regarding pertinence as the point of entry, with infectious and attractive as the method. Eventually the hospital attains the soft power, which promotes sustained and sound development of the hospital.
