摘 要:良好的柔韧素质能有效预防运动损伤,提升动作表现力。重视学生柔韧性的训练成为了体育教师一直追求的目标。目前用于柔韧性训练的方法主要有动力性、静力性以及PNF拉伸法。在体育教学和训练实践中,体育教师对于不同拉伸法的认识仍有不足,教学中只是粗略的安排学生自主拉伸,而对于相同拉伸强度下不同拉伸法柔韧性训练效果的好坏仍不清楚。本研究旨在探讨三种拉伸方法柔韧性训练效果的好坏,帮助一线体育教师丰富柔韧性拉伸训练方面的理论,以更加科学地指导学生进行柔韧性的训练。Good flexibility can prevent sports injury and improve the expressive force. The training of students' flexibility has been the goal of PE teachers. At present,the methods used for flexibility training are mainly dynamic,static and PNF stretching method. In sports teaching and training practice,physical education teachers' knowledge on different stretching method is still limited,and the teaching arrangement only focuses on students' autonomous stretching. The flexibility training effect of different stretching flexibility effect under different stretch intensity is still not clear. The aim of this study is to discuss the difference among the 3 different methods to help enriching flexibility stretch training theories of Physical education teachers, and guide the training more scientifically.
