传承理念下民俗传统体育文化的几点思考

摘　　要：我国的文化历史悠久,民俗传统体育文化是其重要组成部分,然而随着时代的进步,外来体育文化的入侵,再加之民俗传统体育文化的传播范围较小,使得我国优秀的民俗传统体育文化逐渐趋于没落。为了发扬我国的优秀文化尤其是民俗传统体育文化,本文首先阐述了我国民俗传统体育文化的重要价值和民俗传统体育文化的特点,然后提出了民俗传统体育文化传播过程中遇到的问题,最后结合实际提出了解决之策。The traditional sports culture is a very important part of the rich ancient Chinese culture. With the social development,aggression of outside sport culture,and the limited spread rang of the culture,Chinese outstanding folk sport culture is vanishing. In order to promote excellent Chinese culture especially as folk traditional sports culture,this thesis illustrates the great value of this culture and its characteristics; then it puts forward the problems encountered in the spread of this culture; finally it offers solutions according to reality.
