摘　　要：通过对现有DF7B型机车高压柜布线板缺陷分析,提出了预布线改进方案,并现场实施验证改进方案。在塑料油布上绘制新的布线板,新的布线板上增加了机车线路磁力组合装置,以标准化形式在车间实施。Based on the defect analysis of the wiring board of the existing DF7B locomotive high-voltage cabinet, a pre-wiringimprovement scheme is put forward, and the improvement scheme is verified on the spot.A new wiring board was drawn on theplastic tarpaulin, and the locomotive line magnetic combination device was added to the new wiring board, which was implemented ina standardized form in the workshop.
