贵州彝族7项不对称行为特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州彝族不对称行为特征的分布情况,为少数民族体质人类学和群体遗传学研究积累资料。方法:采用群体遗传学调查方法,遵循整群随机抽样原则,对624名(男280,女344)生活在贵州境内的彝族人群7项不对称行为特征(利眼、利手、扣手、叠臂、叠腿、利足、起步类型)进行活体观察。结果:贵州彝族利手、扣手、叠腿、利足出现率右型高于左型,性别间无明显差异(P>0.05);叠臂出现率左、右型较接近,性别间差异无显著性(P>0.05);利眼左型出现率高于右型,性别间差异具有显著性(P<0.05);起步类型左、右型出现率比较接近,性别间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。利眼与利手、利眼与利足、利手与叠腿、利手与利足、利足与叠臂、利足与叠腿、利足与起步类型、叠腿与起步类型特征间存在遗传关联性。结论:贵州彝族的7项不对称行为特征与贵州畲族和亻革家人最为接近。Objective： To study 7 behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance of Yi nationality in Guizhou province and accumulate data for physical anthropology and population genetics research of ethnic minorities. Methods： Seven behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance（ hand clasping,handedness,arm folding,leg folding,foot preference,stride type and eye preference） on 624 respondents of Yi（ 280 males and 344 females） in Yi nationality in Guizhou province were studied. Randomly cluster sampling method was applied. Results： the occurrence rate of handedness,clasping hands,leg folding and leg benefiting of Yi nationality in Guizhou was higher in the right type than in the left type,and there was no significant difference between genders（ P〉0. 05）. The occurrence rate of overlapping arms is close to that of left and right types.There was no significant difference between genders（ P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate of beneficial eye left type was higher than that of right type,and there was significant difference between genders（ P〈0. 05）.The occurrence rates of the left and right types of the step-starting type are relatively close. There was significant difference between genders（ P〈0. 01）. There is a genetic correlation between the characteristics ofeye and hand,eye and foot,hand and leg folding,hand and foot folding,foot and arm folding,foot and leg folding,foot and foot folding and step-starting type,and leg folding and step-starting type. Conclusion：The 7 behavioral traits of lateral functional dominance in Yi nationality in Guizhou are close to that of She nationality and Gejia People in Guizhou.
