摘　　要：本文对延续性护理的定义、开展早产儿延续性护理的重要性与必要性、现状、展望进行综述,并针对早产儿延续性护理结合中医护理的实施提出建议,从而推动早产儿延续性护理的发展。This article summarizes the definition of continuum nursing,the importance and necessity,current situation,and prospect of continuation nursing care for preterm infants and to propose suggestions for the implementation of continuation nursing care of preterm infants in combination with Chinese medicine nursing to promote the development of continuation of premature infants care.
