摘　　要：安全生产事关人民与国家的财产安全和人身安全。本文在分析目前安全生产管理中存在问题的基础上,详细介绍了坪山新区安全生产信息底图地理信息系统的总体功能设计、数据流设计和总结架构,系统采用的技术应用、内容设计和业务管理设计等特点,最终实现系统对安全生产管理动态化、可视化和全信息的监督管理。最后结合该系统在坪山安全生产管理的应用,论述了该系统在安全生产管理中发挥的功效,对全面实施基于地理信息系统的安全监管提出了建议。Safe production concerns the property and personal safety of the people and the state.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in safety production management,this paper introduces the overall functional design,data flow design and summary architecture of the safety information base map geographic information system of Pingshan New District in detail,The technical application,content design and business management adopted by the system.The characteristics of design,etc.,finally realize the system’s dynamic management,visualization and supervision and management of safety information.Finally,combined with the application of the system in Pingshan safety production management,the paper discusses the effectiveness of the system in safety production management,and puts forward suggestions for the full implementation of GIS-based safety supervision.
