脉冲组织多普勒Tei指数在评价左室功能方面的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 :回顾性分析115例受试者的心脏脉冲组织多普勒心肌做功指数(Tei指数)与左心室收缩、舒张功能变化的关系,探讨Tei指数在评价左室功能方面的临床价值。方法:受试者分为A组(心功能正常组)、B组(Ⅰ级心功能组)、C组(Ⅱ级心功能组)、D组(Ⅲ级心功能组)、E组(Ⅳ级心功能组),使用心脏探头采集Tei指数,组间比较采用秩和检验。根据心功能水平进行评分,Tei指数与心功能评分结果之间采用秩相关检验。结果:5组间秩和检验表明,Tei指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受试者的心功能评分与Tei指数间的秩相关检验结果显示,Tei指数与心功能评分呈直线正相关(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲组织多普勒Tei指数在评价左室功能方面具有重要临床价值,随着心脏左室功能的恶化,Tei指数增大,其增大的变化趋势与心功能恶化趋势呈直线正相关关系。Objective：To investigate the value of PW-TDI-Tei index in the evaluation of left ventricular function. Methods：The relationship between pulses wave tissue Doppler imaging Tei index and left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were analyzed retrospectively in 115 patients. The patients were divided into group A（normal cardiac function）,group B（level one cardiac function）,group C（level two cardiac function）,group D（level three cardiac function）,group E（level four cardiac function）. The PW-TDI-Tei index was collected by using a cardiac probe. Rank sum test was used between groups. All patients were scored according to the level of cardiac function. The relationship between PW-TDI-Tei index and cardiac function score was tested by using rank correlation. Results：Rank sum test results between groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）,which was statistically significant. The results of rank correlation test were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The relationship between PW-TDI-Tei index and cardiac function score was positive linear correlation. Conclusions：PW-TDI-Tei index has important clinical value in the evaluation of left ventricular function. With the deterioration of heart function,PW-TDI-Tei index increases.The relationship between the trend of increase and the deterioration trend of cardiac function is linear positive correlation.
