浅析对外汉语教学中的课堂管理

摘　　要：课堂管理是教学工作的重要组成部分,在对外汉语教学中也是如此。研究和讨论对外汉语教学中的课堂管理将会对良好地开展对外汉语教学工作大有裨益。本文从课堂管理要素和课堂管理技巧入手探讨对外汉语教学中的课堂管理,即营造良好的课堂环境、加强课堂纪律的管理、创设和谐轻松的课堂氛围以及科学分配时间、精心设计教学环节等是良好地开展对外汉语教学的基础。Classroom management is an important part of teaching,and it is also true in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Studying and discussing classroom management in theteaching of Chinese as a foreign language will greatly benefit theeffective implementation of the teaching work. This paper discussesthe classroom management in the teaching of Chinese as aforeign language from the perspectives of classroom managementelements and classroom management skills, namely, creating agood classroom environment, strengthening the management ofclassroom discipline, creating a harmonious and relaxed classroomatmosphere, and scientifically allocating time and designingteaching links, which are the basis for effectively implementingthe teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.
