高校职员提升办公技能及服务意识的有效途径

摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的深化改革和创新发展,高校的管理能力和水平已发生了较大的变化,产生了深远的影响。现阶段,高校的综合管理治理能力与水平还尚未达到真正的规范化、科学化程度,学校职员的综合办公技能与水平也有待于进一步提升和改进。同时,管理人员的工作理念和服务意识需要不断改进和完善。本文就提升高校职员办公技能与服务意识途径提出一些思考。With the deepening reform and innovation of higher education,the management ability and level of colleges and universitieshave undergone major changes, which have hadfar-reaching effects. At this stage, the comprehensive managementability and level of colleges and universities has not yet becomestandardized and scientific. The comprehensive office skillsand level of university staff also need to be further improved. Atthe same time, the management concept and service consciousnessof the management staff need to be continuously improved.This paper puts forward some thoughts on ways to improve theoffice skills and service consciousness of university staff.
