摘 要:作为房价计价依据,房产面积受到的关注也越来越高。本文基于房产测绘管理,对房产测绘过程进行了探索研究。介绍了房产共有面积分摊啄则和建筑面积计算方法,探讨了房产测绘管理工作中存在的问题。提出的房产共有面积分摊计算模型,通过拆分最小单元、对相同属性集合进行归纳、建立逻辑分摊关系,实现房产分摊面积计算,以房产测绘案例进行了有效性验证。As the basis of housing prices valuation, estate area is highly concerned with. According to the real estate surveying and mapping managenlent, a preliminary exploratory research on its process is made in this paper. It introduces the sharing area apportionment principles and construction area calculation method of the house property, and it also discusses the problems in house property surveying and mapping management development and proposes the apportionment calculation models of house property sharing area. Based on the problems mentioned above, total area apportionment model is presented. By splitting the smallest unit and inducting the same set of attributes, the logical relationship is established. Then the house properly sharing area is calculated. According to the method, the validity of the apportionment calculation model is verified and the model is realized through the ease of real estate surveying and mapping.
