摘 要:目的了解武汉地区2017年甲真菌病患者的临床特征,致病真菌菌种构成及其分布。方法收集2017年1月~12月期间来武汉市第一医院皮肤科门诊就诊行真菌培养患者临床资料及培养结果进行统计分析。结果 1561例甲真菌培养患者,真菌培养阳性959例,阳性率61.4%。致病菌中皮肤癣菌占85.51%,酵母菌占9.59%,非皮肤癣菌占4.90%。皮肤癣菌中,红色毛癣菌占80.29%,须癣毛癣菌占2.92%,紫色毛癣菌占1.46%。酵母菌中主要为念珠菌占6.46%,其他非皮肤癣菌以曲霉菌为主,占2.50%。结论武汉地区甲真菌病致病菌种以皮肤癣菌为主,最主要的为红色毛癣菌,紫色毛癣菌所占比例上升。Objective To investigate the main clinical features,the causative pathogens and the epidemiology of pathogenic fungi of onychomycosis in Wuhan.Methods A total of 1561 outpatients were enrolled from Jan.2017 to Dem.2017.Fungal culture and clinical analysis were performed on 1561 cases of onychomycosis by using microscopic examination.Results Totally,959 strains were isolated,and the positive rate was 61.4%.The positive rate of dermatophytes,yeasts and non-dermatophytic moulds were 85.51%,9.59% and 4.90%,respectively.Trichophyton rubrum accounted for 80.29% of dermatophytes,trichophyton entagrophytes 2.92% and trichophyton purplera 1.46%.The yeasts mainly included candida(6.46%).Non-dermatophytie moulds mainly included aspergillus(2.5%).Conclusion The analysis shows that the major pathogenic fungi of onychomycosis is dermatophytes,the main dermatophyte is T.rubrum,and the proportion of T.purplerais increasing in Wuhan.
