摘  要:由于国内平均医疗水平发展所限,为了提高医院信息化水平和帮助放射科医生进行诊断工作,远程医疗信息平台是由下级医疗机构发起诊断申请,上级医疗机构进行诊断或者审核的远程诊断系统,解决我国目前医疗资源分布不均衡的问题。本文所述的影像中心上级搭建过程为保证数据的安全性和数据服务的高可用采用两台数据库服务器进行双机热备方案执行;为保证PACS应用服务和RIS应用服务的高可用,高并发,采用四台PACS服务器做反向代理负载均衡,四台RIS服务器做反向代理负载均衡方案执行;为保证web viewer服务高可用性,采用两台web viewer服务器做双机热备方案执行。影像中心下级采用一台前置机服务器安装PACS服务、RIS服务、web viewer服务,为下级医疗机构提供服务。Due to the limited development of the average medical level in the country, in order to improve hospital informationization and help radiologists perform diagnostic work, the telemedicine information platform is a remote diagnostic system initiated by a lower-level medical institution to initiate diagnostic applications or diagnose or audit by higher-level medical institutions. The current imbalance in the distribution of medical resources in China. The image center superior construction process described in this article ensures the security of data and the high availability of data services. Two database servers are used for dual-system hot standby program execution; to ensure high availability and high concurrency of PACS application services and RIS application services, Four PACS servers are used for reverse proxy load balancing, and four RIS servers are used for reverse proxy load balancing. In order to ensure high availability of web viewer services, two web viewer servers are used to implement dual-server hot standby. The video center subordinate uses a front-end server to install PACS service, RIS service, and web viewer service to provide services for lower-level medical institutions.
