科技创新驱动江苏地区经济高质量发展的路径研究

摘　　要：在构建基于"五大发展理念"的区域经济高质量发展评价指标体系基础上,运用灰色关联理论,以2015年江苏省13个市的相关指标为依据,对江苏省科技创新和经济高质量发展之间的关联程度进行分析。结果表明:科技创新对地区绿色发展和协调显现出较强的推动作用,对共享发展和开放发展的推动作用还须进一步加强。提出了进一步营造良好创新环境、强化企业科技创新主体地位和构建现代产业体系等相关建议。Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force to promote the high quality development of regional economy. The paper sets up the evaluation index system of the regional economic development quality based on＂the five development concepts＂, uses the grey relational theory and relevant data of 13 cities in Jiangsu province in2015, and analyzes the degree of correlation between science and technology innovation and high quality economic development in Jiangsu province. The results show that technological innovation plays a stronger role in promoting regional green development and coordination while its role in shared development and open development should be further strengthened. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, we put forward some suggestions for further building a good environment for innovation, strengthening the main body position of science and technology innovation and building a modern industrial system.
