摘 要:当前,无线通信在人们的日常生活中的应用日益广泛,相应的,也对视频图像的编码以及传输等提出了新的更高的要求。但是,实际生活中涉及到的视频数据量十分庞大,在结合实际需求进行视频转换编码的时候,有必要需要通过一定的方式降低数据传输信息量,减少时间分辨率。文章的研究过程中,基于当前视频转换编码的实际需求情况,以降低时间分辨率模型为参照依据,进行运动估值分析。基于降低时间分辨率模型进行动态跳帧研究,为更好的调整修正运动矢量的范围,还可以进行一定的动态运动矢量修正。为验证本文的观点,通过开展一定的仿真实验分析证实,锁提出的修正方法可以有效提高图像的信噪比,获得了理想的转换编码效果。At present,wireless communication is more and more widely used in people's daily life,and correspondingly,it puts forward new and higher requirements for the encoding and transmission of video images. However,the amount of video data involved in real life is very large,so it is necessary to reduce the amount of data transmission and reduce the time resolution in a certain way when combined with the actual needs of video transcoding.In the research process,based on the actual needs of the current video transcoding,the motion estimation analysis is carried out to reduce the time resolution model as the reference. To study dynamic frame temporal resolution reduction model based on the scope for better adjustment of the motion vector,motion vector can also be modified dynamically. In order to verify the viewpoint of this paper,it is proved by some simulation experiments that the correction method proposed by the lock can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the image,and achieve the ideal conversion coding effect.
