转型期中国农村社会组织治理场域变迁的历史路径——常态化演进的一般性分析

摘　　要：转型时期伴随农村政治生态软化和市场化趋势的增强,农村发展外部制度的弹性空间得到拓展,内生性动力不断强化,农村社会组织场域建构的因子被迅速激活。农村社会治理场域在与外部系统环境的物质、能量和信息的交换频率及程度提升的过程中,促动着社会组织结构系统的整合和重塑。农村社会组织治理场域系统的演化,就常态化理想视角而言,是在社会大环境发展的变迁过程中,农村社会制度、合作行动与系统结构受各种不确定的复杂机制的影响,经由农村社会组织治理场域开放空间再造、治理场域重构和场域系统有序耦合,实现着一般意义层面的从适应性、机制整合到均衡治理新常态的演进过程。In the transitional period,with the softening of rural political ecology and strengthening of marketization trend,rural development has seen expansion of the flexible space for its external institutions and continuous reinforcement of its endogenous impetus. The factors of field reconstruction of rural social organizations have been rapidly activated. While rural social governance field is increasing the frequency and degree of its exchanges of materials,energy and information with the external system environment,it promotes the integration and reshaping of the structural system of social organizations. From the perspective of normalization ideal,the evolution of the governance field system of rural social organizations is an evolution process where rural social institutions,cooperation actions and system structures,affected by various uncertain complex mechanisms,after the reconstruction of openspace for rural social organizations＇ governance field,reconfiguration of the governance field,and orderly coupling of field systems,realize a generalsense evolution from adaptation,mechanism integration to new normal of equilibrium governance,during the change and development of the macro social environment.
