制度环境视角下高校基金会趋同化影响研究

摘　　要：高校基金会比其他类型组织更多受制于制度环境的影响. 现有制度激励了组织争取社会捐赠的积极性,同时也削弱了组织运行的独立性,是导致高校基金会趋同化的主要制度环境.合法性要求导 致高校基金会的行为趋同,趋同化将反作用于组织,强化组织的合法性、规范性偏好.趋同化虽然有益于组织应对制度环境的压力,却有悖于效率机制,阻碍高校基金会的应变能力,当拥有的资源被其他竞 争组织学习或模仿时,就无法获得持续性的竞争优势.高校基金会应 警惕组织的趋同化影响,在适度满足合法性要求的基础上,尽力完善 组织的效率机制和创新机制,着力培育持续的竞争优势,实现社会资源的有效转化.University Foundations are more influenced by the institu-tional environment than other types of foundations. The existing policies, mobilizing the enthusiasm of social donations and weakening the independ-ence of the organizations, are the major institutional environment of Univer- sity Foundations resulting in convergence. Legitimacy requires that the behav-ior of the foundations will be convergent, and the convergence will be the re- action to the organizations, and the legitimacy of the organizations will be strengthened. Convergence, while beneficial to the organizations meet insti-tutional environment pressure, is contrary to the efficiency mechanism, which may hinder the resilience of the organization, when the organization＊ resources are easy to be learned or imitated by other competing organizations, it is impossible to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. University Foun-dations should guard against the influence of the convergence of organizations on the basis of reasonably meeting the requirements of legitimacy, try to im-prove efficiency mechanism and innovation mechanism of the organizations,strive to foster sustainable competitive advantage, and achieve the effective transformation of social resources.
