优质护理对重症肺炎患儿症状改善时间及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理对重症肺炎患儿症状改善时间及满意度的影响。方法选取我院2016年11月至2017年6月收治的84例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和干预组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采用优质护理。比较两组患儿主要症状改善时间、住院时间、肺功能指标及患儿家长护理满意度。结果干预组患儿咳嗽停止、退热、心衰消失、气促改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组各项肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患儿家长护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论对重症肺炎患儿实施优质护理干预,可明显缩短患儿症状改善时间及住院时间,改善肺功能,提高家长满意度,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing on the time of symptom improvement and satisfaction inchildren with severe pneumonia. Methods Eighty -four children with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital fromNovember 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and intervention group by random number tablemethod, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the intervention group was givenhigh quality nursing based on the control group. The time of symptom improvement, hospital stays, indexes of pulmonaryfunction and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of stopping cough, abatement offever, heart failure disappearance, improvement of shortness of breath and hospital stays in the intervention group wereshorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the indexes of pulmonary function in the intervention group were betterthan those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 95.24%, which was higherthan 78.57% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing in children with severe pneumonia canshorten the time of symptom improvement and hospital stays, improve pulmonary function and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
