摘  要:目的探讨左甲状腺素钠片(优甲乐)替代治疗对甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血脂、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 100例甲状腺机能减退症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用左甲状腺素钠片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后TSH、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、MPO及hs-CRP的水平。结果治疗前,两组患者TSH、MPO、hs-CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者TSH、MPO、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者TSH(3.11±1.73)m IU/L、MPO(172.2±78.4)ng/ml、hs-CRP(3.1±1.2)mg/L水平均明显低于对照组的(4.27±1.13)m IU/L、(205.6±82.5)ng/ml、(4.0±1.4)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于治疗前,且观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺机能减退症能够显著降低患者血清TSH、血脂、MPO及hs-CRP水平,提高治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of replacement therapy with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets(Euthyrox) on thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), blood lipids, myeloperoxidase(MPO) and hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels in patients with hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypothyroidism were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets for treatment. The TSH, blood lipids [total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)], MPO and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant differences in TSH, MPO and hs-CRP level(P〈0.05). After treatment, the TSH, MPO and hs-CRP levels of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). After treatment, the TSH, MPO and hs-CRP levels of observation group were(3.11±1.73) m IU/L,(172.2±78.4) ng/ml and(3.1±1.2) mg/L respectively, which were significantly lower than(4.27±1.13) m IU/L,(205.6±82.5) ng/ml and(4.0±1.4) mg/L of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant differences in TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels(P〈0.05). After treatment, the TC, TG and LDL-C levels of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets can significantly reduce the levels of serum TSH, blood lipid, MPO and hs-CRP levels and improve treatment effective rate, and it has clinical promotion values.
