摘　　要：针对Q390C热轧卷板使用性能要求,在Q345C钢的基础上,通过采用合理的成分设计及控轧控冷工艺,实现了低合金结构钢Q390C热轧卷板的工业生产。生产结果表明:设计开发的Q390C热轧卷板具备优良的微观组织及稳定的力学性能,各项性能指标符合技术要求。According to specific to the performance requirements, at the reasonable composition design and controlledrolling and cooling process to achieve Q390C Hot Rolled Coil Sheet in industrial production on the basis of Q345C steel.The results show that the Q390C hot rolled coil has excellent microstructure and stable mechanical properties, and all theperformance indicators meet the technical requirements.
