摘　　要：在单流板坯连铸中间包中使用气幕挡墙,进行工业试验。对比使用气幕挡墙后钢水全氧含量和板坯夹杂物的变化。结果表明,中间包气幕挡墙可以改善中间包流场,可以去除中间包大型夹杂物,尤其是尺寸小于300μm的夹杂物。The gas curtain is used in a single-strand slab caster Tundish and the industrial experiment was carried out.The variation of the total oxygen and inclusions with gas curtain have been compared with non-gas curtain. The resultsshow that tundish flow field could be improved by tundish argon diffuser,the tundish argon diffuser is an effective means toremove large-size inclusion, especially for the inclusion with diameter less than 300μm.
