人民行动党对新加坡民主政治发展的作用分析

摘　　要：新加坡人民行动党为维护该党执政的合法地位,始终允许反对党参与国会议员的竞选,保留了新加坡原有的精英式行政体系,也积极地吸收社会精英参与政治事务。人民行动党为吸收更多的人员参与政治事务,遴选非选区议员和官委议员参与国会事务,推动总统的直接选举和增加总统的实际权力,注重吸收少数族裔担任国会议员,建立吸收社会民意的政治组织,减少芳林公园民主政治活动的限制因素,为社会民众构建政治参与的网络平台。In order to maintain the legal status of the party＇s ruling, People＇s Action Party always allows opposition parties to participate in the election of parliamentarians, retains Singapore＇ s original elite administrative system, and also actively absorbs the social elites to participate in political affairs. In order to attract more people to participate in political affairs, People＇s Action Party select non-constituency senators and official appointment senators to participate in the congress affairs, promoting the president＇s direct elections and increasing president＇s actual powers, paying attention to the absorption of ethnic minorities as members of congress, establishing political organizations to absorb public opinions, reducing the restriction factors on the democratic political activities of fang- lin park, building network platform of political participation for the social citizens.
