摘  要:气缸高速化是气动技术领域进步的必然趋势,高缸速需要解决缓冲区问题。为提高高速气缸垫的性能,提供了设计和开发缓冲装置所需的基本理论和数据参考。本文采用理论研究和仿真分析相结合的方法研究和分析高速气缸缓冲过程的动态特性,以及高速气缸缓冲装置结构参数优化方案。High-speed cylinders are an inevitable trend in the field of aerodynamic technology. The high speed of the cylinder needs to solve the buffer problem. In order to improve the high-speed cylinder cushioning performance, the theoretical basis and data reference needed for the design and development of the buffer device are provided. This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and simulation analysis to study and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the high-speed cylinder buffer process and the structural parameters of the high-speed cylinder buffer device.
