大学生违纪行为构成要件与调查取证研究

摘　　要：调查取证是高校学生违纪处分的核心和基础环节。大学生违纪行为种类繁多、特点各异,而学校调查取证人员专业化程度不高、能力相对不强,很难保证调查取证质量。文章试图以大学生违纪构成要件为切入点寻找快捷高效的调查取证路径。Investigation and collecting evidence is the core and basic link of disciplinary punishment of college students. Thecharacteristics of college students＇ violating discipline are various. It is difficult to guarantee the quality of investigation and the evidence because of the the lacking of knowledge and working experience of the investigators. This paper tries to look for a fast andefficient way to collect evidence by taking the constitutive elements of college students＇ violation of discipline as the starting point.
