摘　　要：7m焦炉通过增加边火道辅助加热系统,解决了边火道温度偏低造成红焦挂罐、焦炭均一性差、摘门冒烟严重、炼焦耗热量高等问题,投资少,工艺简单,改进效果明显,具有市场推广前景。By installing an auxiliary heating system for the end flue of 7m coke oven,the problems of hot coke adhering on the bucket, poor uniformity of coke quality, too much smoke when lifting oven door, and high heat consumption during coking caused by low temperature of end flue are solved. This system has the advantages of less investment and simple operation. The improvement is remarkable, so it has promising potential for market development.
