摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟茵柴护肝汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎肝郁湿热证的临床疗效。方法:将63例慢性胆囊炎(肝郁气滞、兼有湿热证)患者,随机分成观察组(自拟茵柴护肝汤)和对照组(消炎利胆胶囊),观察两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状和胆囊B超影像学的改变。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率优于对照组;患者临床症状积分改善和胆囊B超影像的改善优于对照组;药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:自拟茵柴护肝汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎肝郁气滞,兼有湿热患者,可消除临床症状,其疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective Research ： the clinical efficacy in Treatment of chronic cholecystitis with Liver qi stagnation plus Dampness and heat of liver and gallbladder with Self drafted Yin Chai liver protection soup . Method ： 63 patients with chronic cholecystitis （ Syndrome of stagnation of liver Qi, and Dampness heat syndrome） were randomly divided into Observation group （self made Yin Chai and liver protection soup） and Control group （Xiaoyan Li Dan capsule）. We observed the clinical efficacy ~ Clinical symptonl improvenlent、IMprovenlent of B ultrasonic im- age of the two groups. Results：After treatment,the total clinical effective rate、improvenlent of clinical symptonl score and improvenmnt of B - ultrasound imaging in the observation group,were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of Self drafted Yin Chai liver protection soup on chronic cholecystitis was significant. The Self drafted Yin Chai 5ver protection soup can relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality- of life, and worth popularizing.
