摘  要:为探索湖南烟区烟叶中微量元素含量与化学成分的关系,于2016年采集湖南主产烟区K326样品54份,测定样品中微量元素硼(x_1)、锰(x_2)、铁(x_3)、铜(x_4)、锌(x_5)、钼(x_6)、镁(x_7)、钙(x_8)的含量及化学指标总糖(y_1)、还原糖(y_2)、总氮(y_3)、烟碱(y_4)、氯(y_5)、氮碱比(y_6)、糖碱比(y_7)、钾(y_8)、钾氯比(y_9),应用相关分析和逐步回归分析方法,研究烟叶中微量元素含量与化学成分的关系特征。结果表明:烟叶中微量元素含量与化学指标存在显著相关关系,总糖(y1)与钙呈极显著正相关,与锰呈极显著负相关;总氮(y3)与锰、铜呈极显著正相关,与锌呈极显著负相关;氮碱比(y_6)与铜呈极显著正相关;糖碱比(y_7)与锰呈极显著负相关。逐步回归方程分别为y_1=23.490–0.334x_4+2.441x_8、y_3=1.106+0.003x_2+0.018x_4–0.005x_5、y_6=0.570+0.021x_4、y_7=19.657–0.048x_2。在湖南烟区,可通过调节烟叶中的锰、铜、锌、钙含量,提高烟叶化学可用性;针对湖南烟区糖碱比偏低的情况,可通过降低烟叶中的铜、锰含量或增加烟叶中的锌、钙含量加以改善。Fifty-four samples of tobacco variety K326 from main tobacco producing areas of Hunan province were collected to explore the relationship between medium-trace element contents and chemical components in tobacco leaf of Hunan province. Medium trace-elements boron (x1), manganese (x2), iron (x3), copper (x4), zinc (x5), molybdenum (x6), magnesium (x7), calcium (x8) and chemical components sugar (y1), reducing sugar (y2), total nitrogen (y3), nicotine (y4), chlorine (y5), ratio of nitrogen to nicotine (y6), ratio of sugar to nicotine (y7), potassium (y8) and ratio of potassium to chlorine (y9) were determined and investigated by correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The results show that the contents of the medium-trace elements had significant correlation with chemical components. Stepwise regression analysis further proved that total sugar (y1) was mainly influenced by copper (x4) and calcium (x8), and was positively correlated with calcium while significantly negatively correlated with manganese; total nitrogen (y3) was mainly affected by manganese (x2), copper (x4) and zinc (x5), and was positively correlated with manganese and copper while showed significant negative correlation with zinc; ratio of nitrogen to nicotine (y6) was mainly influenced by copper (x4) and was significantly positively correlated with copper; ratio of sugar to nicotine (y7) was mainly influenced by manganese (x2) and was significantly negatively relative to manganese. The stepwise regression equations are y1=23.490-0.334x4+2.441x8, y3=1.106+0.003x2+ 0.018x4-0.005x5, y6=0.570+0.021x4 and y7=19.657-0.048x2. In Hunan tobacco area, the chemical availability of tobacco leaf can be improved by adjusting the content of manganese, copper, zinc and calcium in tobacco leaf. In the case of lower levels of sugar: nicotine ratio in Hunan, it can be improved by reducing the copper and manganese in the tobacco leave
