摘 要:针对柴油机排气系统使用高温漆时经常出现的表面锈蚀及起泡爆漆问题,以排温600℃柴油机的排气系统为研究主体,选用耐650℃高温的有机硅高温漆为研究对象,通过设置不同漆膜厚度及预烘干前处理工艺进行对比,研究漆膜厚度增加及200℃预烘干对高温漆表面质量的影响。结果表明:适当提高高温漆漆膜厚度,有利于改善零部件表面的漆膜平整性,可以有效提升零件的整体防腐效果;采取200℃预烘干工艺,能增加漆膜表干效果,避免高温漆在快速升高温时起泡;在提升高温漆涂层表面质量的同时,降低了高温漆在柴油机上的故障。In allusion to the problem of surface corrosion and blisters when heat resistant paint is used on diesel exhaust system, based on the exhaust temperature of 600 ℃ of diesel engine exhaust system as the research subject, selecting the heat resistant paint of 650 ℃ as the research object, and comparing the different film thickness and predying treatment process, we can deduce the influence of above factors. The results show that, with properly increasing the film thickness of heat resistant paint, it is beneficial to improve the smoothness of the paint film on the surface of parts. By taking predrying process of 200 ℃ and increasing the dey effect of the paint film, it can avoid the blisters when quick temperature rising. While improving the surface quality of heat resistant paint, the failure of heat resistant paint on diesel engines is also reduced.
