气体分馏装置总线控制和安全仪表系统的设计

摘　　要：简述了气体分馏装置的工艺流程,以气体分馏装置为例,详细介绍了该装置FF现场总线系统,FF网段设计原则,FF网段负载计算等。气体分馏装置主要化学产物为丙烯、碳四馏分等,均为易燃易爆介质。该装置的生产安全性要求较高,因此设计了安全仪表系统,包括火灾隔离阀、可燃气体检测报警器、高速泵、氮气加热器和氮气鼓风机的安全联锁系统的设计。The process flow of gas fractionation plant is briefly described. Taking the gas fractionation plant as an example,the FF fieldbus system,the design principle of FF network segment and the load calculation of FF network segment are introduced in detail. The main chemical products of the gas fractionation plant are propylene and carbon four distillate,all of which are flammable and explosive. Production safety requirements of process equipment is higher. Therefore,the design of safety instrumented system,including fire isolation valve,combustible gas detection alarm device,high speed pump,nitrogen heater and nitrogen blower safety interlocking system design.
